Content production
Shoots are won before the camera rolls
Production is not “make a video.” It is a line from goals to a folder you can post from — in one unbroken pass.
What good production looks like
Start with a connect call: offer, numbers, what success means. Then research (comments, DMs, rivals) before anyone books a camera. Ideas and formats get approved. Shot list, call sheet, kit check. One shoot day feeds weeks of cuts. Edits are hook-first per platform.
What breaks the line
- Shoot booked before the idea is signed off
- Nobody owned the next step
- Feedback sat unread for weeks
- Rushing (time crunch) that shows up in the cut
How this maps to Snake
Numbers on the board are production steps. Blue and grey auras are signals worth collecting. Red is burnout, crunch, and content block — avoid when you can.
